Rules of the Contest

CHALLENGE RULES
1.The contest Begins on July 5, 2019, and Ends Sept 6, 2019.

2.The winner receives 10% of the overall pot.

3.You will be judged off of the percentage of overall weight lost from where you started, inches lost( If you don't have much   weight to lose and you gain muscle.. for every 1 inch of muscle gained will be counted as 2 inches lost). The more weight you have, the more you would have to lose.

4.For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight on the first day of the challenge July 5, 2019, by 8:00 pm Central Time. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting three (3) photos:
a.)One of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear)
b.)Another photo of the scales readout with the words Final Start written on a piece of paper.
c.)The last one is a photo of you holding the daily newspaper or tablet (Front and Side View),
with clear visibility of the date. This prevents someone cheating on when the photo was
taken.

5.After you register, you will enter your Photos into the Final Start Fitness App and it will also verify the date that you uploaded them. All photos must be in by 8:00 pm Central Time.

6.In the measurements tab of your app, you will then be able to upload your weight (mandatory), and additional body circumference measurements (mandatory).
You must use the same scale every weigh-in.

7.You will have a weekly weigh-in every Saturday from 6:00 am - 12:00 pm (With progress photo)

8.The last weigh-in will end on Sept 6, 2019, 11:00 pm Central Time. You will be required to upload three (3) photos:

9.Weekly coaching sessions to learn and ask questions. This will be recorded and uploaded to our facebook for the ability refer back to it

10.The winner will be announced on the Ketogenic Weight Loss Challenge FB group on Saturday, Sept 7, 2019, at 5:00 pm Central Time. Final Start Fitness will contact the winner and will send prize through Venmo or Mailed Check.
